Synesthetic Somatotype follows the same idea as Synesthetic Prototype. Taking characters from a video game as inspiration, I flesh out their abilities in each track as if you were acquiring them in the same sequence as in the game. The connections of each instrument or theme to the corresponding abilities vary; sometimes it is strong and other times it really isn’t.

One cool extra fact: to help me stay focused and motivated for this album, I used Scrum, which is generally used for teams of software developers. Despite being a totally non-standard situation to use it in, it worked!

Thanks to the Warframe development team for making a fun game with some great music to inspire this work.
